Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Duke Raleigh Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Duke Health's policies, procedures, and standards of care.
