  • Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant education program accredited by ACOTE
  • NBCOT certification with current licensure to practice in the state of operation
  • At least 1 year of COTA experience, with home health experience preferred
  • Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
