Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) Risk Manager will:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical center personnel, patients, families, and community stakeholders.
- Lead and manage an integrated Risk Management Program that spans across various services and disciplines.
- Ensure accountability for documented outcomes at the program, service, and facility levels.
- Utilize management theories in collaboration with executive leadership to enhance patient care and safety.
- Demonstrate innovative approaches to managing complex patient care issues.
