Job Title: Toddler Education Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Toddler Education Program Manager to oversee the implementation of our toddler program at Christina Day Care Inc. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.

About Our Center

Christina Day Care Inc. is a leading provider of early childhood education services in the East New York Community, serving over 50 children aged 3-5 through the Birth to Five grant.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive toddler curriculum that aligns with common core standards
  • Supervise and support a team of toddler teachers to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families to promote their child's education and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluation
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of center policies and procedures
  • Recruit and train new staff members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working with toddlers
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
