Job Title: Group Home Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Group Home Supervisor to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a Group Home Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of Direct Support employees, managing the operations of 1-3 facility/facilities providing Non-ICF services, and leading and directing the work of Direct Support Associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support employees
  • Manage operations of 1-3 facility/facilities providing Non-ICF services
  • Lead and direct the work of Direct Support Associates
  • Work closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback
  • Standardize procedures and expedite the implementation of person-centered plans
  • Monitor and provide feedback to staff on interactions and relationships with people supported
  • Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews
  • Ensure employees meet training requirements and attend required events
  • Monitor select budget items and stay within guidelines
  • Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
  • Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification
  • CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
