About This Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and flexible part-time Lead Dishwasher to join our team at Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, New Jersey.
As a Lead Dishwasher, you will assist the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage venues, adhering to our company's GreenPath and GuestPath Universal Service Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise dishwashers and coordinate breaks.
- Train new and existing associates.
- Handle disciplinary matters.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of chinaware, glassware, and silverware to different locations.
- Maintain coolers and freezers in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Report maintenance issues to the Executive Steward.
- Keep work areas and equipment neat and clean at all times.
