Job Summary

Lynx Technology Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Engineer to join our Global Workplace Services End User Computing team.

About the Role

This senior-level position involves designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge endpoint management solutions for Windows environments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture and Engineering: Provide input to the overall architecture and operational governance model, researching, designing, and implementing components that meet business requirements.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document solutions and perform knowledge transfer via designs, build documents, and run guides to external service providers.
  • User Education: Educate internal and external users on technologies to improve their knowledge and skill-base.
  • Operational Guidance: Engineer, design, and provide fourth-level operational guidance to the enterprise on endpoint management platforms.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Support analysis of the current environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Delivering Technology
  • Service Delivery Processes: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for service delivery processes and projects.
  • System Support: Supports existing systems and projects in a minimum of one environment.
  • Quality Control: Reviews completeness of requirements before solutioning and plans and coordinates implementation.
IT Governance
  • Process Compliance: Follows all defined IR standards and processes, and provides input for improvements to the appropriate process owners as needed.
  • Risk Management: Maintains a proper balance between business and operational risk.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent experience/certification.
  • 5+ years' overall experience in information technology, including 4+ years designing and developing solutions for modern Windows endpoints and 4+ years designing and developing solutions for application distribution, configuration management, asset management, and other endpoint lifecycle capabilities using Microsoft INTUNE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences, including executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a member of a team and through cross-functional initiatives.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearBenefits
