Overview
In a fast-paced environment, Leidos seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of projects for the AFNCR ITS Program Mission. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, training, assessing, and managing resources to ensure project delivery within scope and time constraints. They will work closely with customers, project managers, internal staff, and support personnel to execute projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage small to medium-sized projects
- Integrate all functions and activities necessary to perform the project/program to meet customer requirements
- Direct project team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as customer interface
- Provide strong leadership skills that engage multidiscipline work teams to respond to business needs for assigned projects

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master's with 2+ years of prior experience
- Currently possess an active Secret security clearance
- Solid understanding of Project Management and Project Management Office functions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, partnerships, and external networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
