About the Role:
"As a Roadway Maintenance Specialist at Tendit Group, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our customers' properties. Your primary responsibility will be to operate air sweeper trucks, sweep streets, gutters, medians, parking lots, courtyards, and public works yards.

In addition to operating heavy equipment, you will identify and report hazardous conditions, adjust and operate brooms, guards, and auxiliary equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks. We require candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.

Benefits include a competitive salary in the range of $18-$23 per hour, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching program, and generous PTO plan. If you are a reliable and detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintenance and repair, we encourage you to apply.

To succeed in this role, you will need a current and valid driver's license, at least 1 year of experience operating street sweeping equipment, and fluency in English and Spanish. A willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities is also essential.
