Colorist

We are seeking a skilled Colorist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a Colorist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hair color services to our clients, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized consultations and color services to clients, including permanent hair color, roots only, hair gloss, highlights, and blowout services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Madison Reed products and service offerings, driving your career growth and increasing earning potential.
• Work a variety of shifts to support business initiatives, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

• A Cosmetology/Hairdressing license is required, with at least 1+ year of experience in a salon environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy mindset and comfortability operating POS systems is highly desired.
