Job Title: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Job Summary:
Pioneer Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our expanding, women-centered residential treatment program in Minnesota. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight of programs and offer supervision to staff.
- Conduct group, individual, and family counseling sessions.
- Lead weekly case reviews with clinical staff and participate in treatment team discussions.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality care standards.
- Assist with the development of new policies and procedures as needed.
- Promote program growth through outreach and marketing efforts.
- Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations and evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate coverage for absent staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage day-to-day program operations and referral sources.
- Conduct random audits for compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services (Master's preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in substance use disorder counseling.
- 3+ years of experience required for clinical supervision of LADC staff.
- Strong understanding of Minnesota Statutes 245G and related laws.
- Ability to supervise staff, manage programs, and collaborate effectively with management.
- Knowledge of chemical dependency treatment practices, case management, family education, and community resources.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $54,000 to 64,000 annually
Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid time off
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for up to $11,000 through the Minnesota Health Care Loan Forgiveness Program.
