Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Dignity Health. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures to ensure maximum quality imaging, patient safety, and accuracy of information for interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of various MRI procedures, including preparing patients for exams and operating MRI equipment.
  • Provide care and service to a diverse patient population, including critically ill, rehabilitating, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of MRI exams, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of MRI images.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited MRI program.
  • Advanced MRI ARRT certification required (RTMR).
  • BLS - AHA certification.
  • EIV certification.
  • Experience with automatic injectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year prior experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • CT RTTF certification.
  • Fluoroscopy Permit.
  • ARMRIT certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Compensation

$66.90/hour.
