Join Our Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our Pediatric Unit team at WellStone Inc. in North Alabama.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment where they will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges.

The estimated salary range for this role is $32,000 - $42,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction, guidance, and reinforcement to clients
  • Regularly implement basic living skills training objectives and document client progress
  • Help coordinate activities, conduct group therapy, and document client progress
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Certified in CPR, First Aid, and SAMA certifications (or willingness to obtain)
