North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the accuracy of treatment plans.

• Verify treatment plans and ensure accuracy of immobilization, laser lines, marks, and treatment parameters.
• Deliver daily treatments, checking the accuracy of treatment set-ups and making any necessary corrections.
• Review patient charts weekly, ensuring diagrams, photographs, and total dose columns are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with scheduling simulations and maintaining equipment, performing routine maintenance and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and complete capture of procedure and charges.

• Associate's Degree in Applied Science or certificate in Radiological Technology with a certificate in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Registration and Certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists in Radiation Therapy.
• Maintain licensure by the State of Mississippi and CPR Certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of serving adult and geriatric populations.
