Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at HMSA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with IT and business management to gather and analyze financial data
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track budget performance and variances
  • Lead activities between IT and business units to prepare annual project portfolio budget
  • Review and analyze budget on a monthly basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and communicate complex ROI models to analyze and recommend project business value
  • Ensure tools functionality and supporting financial management processes are in synergy with Finance and Accounting, IT Governance, and IT Program Office
  • Create, design, and maintain reusable datasets with appropriate architecture to work with high-level data complexity
  • Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks, tools, and skills needed in support of technical requirements
  • Develop and design solutions to scale and automate financial processes
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with financial modeling and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of financial management processes and systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams
