Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lifestyle and Leisure Director to join our team at Skyline Place Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging lifestyle for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive activity calendar that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Coordinate and lead various activities, events, and programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
  • Collaborate with our Community Relations Director and other management staff to plan and execute events that foster a sense of community and connection among residents.
  • Provide transportation for residents to activities and events, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are working in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in Assisted Living or a related field, with proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Commercial Driving License (CDL) preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • First Aid certification required.
