Fish Window Cleaning of Alabaster is seeking a dedicated Estimate Writer for both full-time and part-time positions. All necessary tools and comprehensive training will be provided.

This role involves collaborating with local enterprises and homeowners in the Birmingham Metro area. Ideal candidates are outgoing individuals who thrive in dynamic environments where each day presents new challenges. Comfort with sales, both via phone and face-to-face, is essential, including cold calling and following up on leads.

Typical Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM
Compensation: $14-$20+ per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new commercial opportunities through follow-up calls to key contacts established during direct sales efforts.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and ensure follow-through on established contacts.
