Our Generator Service & Maintenance Division is on the lookout for skilled Generator Service Technicians to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and testing on generators ranging from 5 kW to 4000 kW, all while ensuring top-notch service for our clients.

Responsibilities of Generator Service Technicians:

  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and testing of generator systems ranging from 5 kW to 4000 kW
  • Engage with customers professionally
  • Accurately complete necessary documentation
  • Interpret and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in mechanical and electrical fields, particularly with diesel generators.
  • Technical education in automotive or transportation fields, commercial or residential electrical work, or similar military experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations, with occasional travel required.
  • Ability to safely operate heavy machinery, forklifts, and mobile cranes in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Certification as a Journeyman Electrician is a plus but not mandatory.

Total Estimated Compensation: $73,300 - $116,200
