Job Summary

The Psychiatric Social Worker will be responsible for providing specialized clinical services to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and short-term psychotherapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Texas Department of State Health Services
  • Experience working in a psychiatric setting or related field
