Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate marketing intern to join our marketing division to assist with both new and ongoing marketing initiatives aimed at maintaining and enhancing our brand presence within the industry. This role will involve engaging in hands-on experiences across various marketing domains, including photography, events, social media, advertising, and operations. This internship will equip you with essential marketing skills and insights into diverse marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain extensive experience in marketing and should be ready to thrive in any fast-paced work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist and Support Leasing Consultants by:
  • Providing comprehensive marketing assistance to the marketing & events manager and the marketing team, which includes administrative tasks, data entry, market research, and analysis.
  • Reviewing existing photography and organizing the company's digital assets in relation to the ongoing Photography Project.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to compile and organize details of the company's communities for the Community Details project.
  • Offering assistance and support for any upcoming community and resident events.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English, with the ability to articulate needs and convey information clearly in both verbal and written forms.

Education and Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in an Associate Degree program, 2-year program, Community College, or 4-year program at a college or university.
