Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial statements and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including management and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
