Scrum Master Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to guide our retail client through a pivotal Agile transformation. This role involves working closely with two dynamic teams, each comprising talented Product Owners, astute Product Managers, and insightful Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
  • Remove impediments to the teams' progress and foster an environment of open communication and collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between the teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals with business objectives
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality work
  • Monitor project performance, report on progress, and provide insights into how processes can be optimized for efficiency

About the Role:

This is an amazing opportunity with a prominent retail client in the Boston area. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a proven track record of facilitating Agile transformations in a retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree and any SAFe certifications
  • Local to Lawrence MA and able to come onsite 3 days a week
  • 3-5 years Scrum master Experience
  • Retail Background
  • Experience assisting or leading an Agile transformation
  • Experience working on 2 or more teams on a non-technical skillset (ie. product owner, product manager, BA)

Compensation:

This role is looking to compensate hourly at $50-70/hr.
