About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications/Network Engineer to join our team in supporting a global data management project. As a key member of our multi-disciplined team, you will be responsible for configuring and installing routers, switches, ASAs, cabling, and other network devices at CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy distributed network architectures, create network diagrams and rack elevations, recommend hardware and software solutions, and implement network monitoring.
  • Assist in the design and deployment of new distributed networks and modernization of existing networks.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and deploy network solutions.
  • Develop and occasionally present well-written reports.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in configuring and deploying Cisco networking equipment.
  • Experience in configuring and installing routers, switches, ASAs, cabling, and other network devices.
  • Experience in deploying distributed network architectures, create network diagrams and rack elevations, recommend hardware and software solutions, and implement network monitoring.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
  • Experience with Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) or Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, globally.
  • Ability to obtain weapons certifications.
