Department: Skilled Nursing Care - Caregiver
Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including eating, bathing, mobility, and positioning in accordance with facility policies.
Promptly report any relevant information or changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse.
Accurately obtain and record vital signs, weights, calorie counts, and fluid intake/output.
Ensure each resident presents a clean and tidy appearance.
Adhere to the core values and mission statement of Fairmount: "Strive to enrich the lives of those we serve."
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania is required.
A genuine desire to work with older adults and sensitivity to their needs is essential.

Demonstrate a collaborative approach to resident care.
