Director of Content Strategy + Production
This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring some in-office presence to facilitate collaboration.
Compensation: $115k-$135k
As the Director of Content Strategy + Production, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our narrative through engaging multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our multimedia content strategy, focusing on video production, podcasts, and interactive media.
- Oversee the creation, production, and dissemination of high-quality video content, including long-form podcasts, short-form videos, product showcases, customer testimonials, and thought leadership articles.
- Manage our content calendar across all channels, ensuring a unified narrative that highlights our value proposition through diverse media formats.
- Supervise a talented team of content creators, including videographers, editors, writers, and designers.
- Collaborate with various departments to produce compelling content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, brand strategies, and other market initiatives.
- Innovate and implement creative storytelling methods through multimedia platforms to effectively engage our target audience.
About You:
- You possess a robust background in multimedia content leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, including at least 3 years in multimedia production and team management.
- You excel in storytelling across multiple formats, particularly in video production, and are comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
- You have a proven ability to enhance brand visibility through multimedia content, with a track record of producing engaging video content and SEO-optimized editorial pieces.
- You are an effective communicator and presenter, skilled in delivering impactful presentations and coaching executives on brand messaging.
- You inspire creativity and growth within your team, fostering an environment of continuous learning in the dynamic field of multimedia production.
- You maintain a strong network within the multimedia industry, facilitating collaborations and partnerships that elevate our content.
- You are an innovative thinker, eager to explore new content formats and production techniques, and you actively seek feedback to refine your work.
- You present a diverse portfolio showcasing your multimedia work across various platforms and formats.
