Job Title: Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at HOUSEpitality Family. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality service to external guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively with internal and external guests, maintaining a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Operate a point-of-sale system (Toast) accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring guests receive their food and beverages promptly.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen, and bar staff, to ensure seamless service.
  • Address guest complaints or problems with a positive attitude, ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to HOUSEpitality Family's high standards.

Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all co-workers.
  • Able to perform high-quality work.
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system (Toast).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • Prior experience as a Server.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Able to go up and down stairs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • Great communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to follow directions.
