Mat-Su Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and participate in patient care in the ICU.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to provide optimal care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress.
- 1 year of experience in acute care nursing.
- ICU experience preferred.
- Up to $20,000 in student loan payments for Full-time RNs paid over 4 years.
- 100% licensure/certification reimbursement.
- Up to $5,000 Tuition Reimbursement.
- $15,000 - $20,000 Sign On Incentive.
