Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Assess patient condition and report changes to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Clinical Skills: Perform ordered procedures and monitor functions to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Documentation: Accurately document care in patient records to maintain a clear and comprehensive medical history.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on relevant medical information to promote informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree: Hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Licensure: Be a Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
  • No Experience Required: Our program is designed for new graduate nurses, so no prior experience is necessary.

Some travel may be necessary for training, with the initial orientation lasting 4 to 9 weeks.
