Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aquatics Staff I-PRN to join our team. As a key member of our aquatics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of pool patrons, providing lifeguard surveillance and rescue techniques, and assisting with equipment maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide lifeguard surveillance and rescue techniques, and assist with tasks including accident prevention and rendering water safety services as necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of pool patrons by documenting, observing and enforcing all pool rules and regulations during swim lessons and Family Hours.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and repair to ensure the pool area is safe and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • Preferred High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year American Red Cross Lifeguard certification (Preferred)
  • Lifeguard Certification (LIFEGRD)
