Roofing Expert

The Technical Training Specialist is a key role at Westlake Chemical Corporation, responsible for delivering product installation training to sales representatives and customers at various locations. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Conduct product installation training for sales representatives and customers
• Support the sales team with technical questions and provide training on new products
• Test new products for fit for use and provide technical support
• Travel to customer locations to administer trainings and provide support
• Communicate closely with sales and management to ensure adequate training and assess training needs

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years' experience in a functional role
• Strong computer literacy: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions independently
