Child & Family Resources is seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist/Data Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing critical support to high-risk families, while also maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records.
Key Responsibilities- Family Support: Conduct outreach and screening duties, establish partnerships within the community, and attend community coalition and service group meetings as assigned.
- Data Management: Enter demographic information, developmental evaluations, parent-child interaction evaluations, safety information, home visit notes, goals, caseload tracking, and funding tracking into the ETO System.
- Reporting and Analysis: Run ETO reports and communicate data needs to the supervisor and staff.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain and protect the confidentiality of data and uphold proprietary rights associated with hardware/software.
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Location: Must be able to provide direct service to the designated client base in La Paz County.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use a variety of office equipment and machines, including the ETO System.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and establish trusting relationships with staff, families, and partners.
- Physical Demands: Sitting for extended periods of time daily; standing and walking short distances.
- Environmental Factors: Fast-paced working environment with multitasking of many different duties and tasks.
The Pay Rate for this position starts at $17.88 per hour.
