Primary Objective:

As a Customer Support Operations Leader, you will serve as a motivating figure for the customer service team. Your role will involve enhancing and sustaining performance benchmarks, metrics, and corrective measures aimed at achieving set goals and objectives.

In this position, you will also facilitate both initial and ongoing training for your team, ensuring accountability towards departmental KPIs.

Regular reporting to upper management, exploring methods to elevate service quality, and ensuring adherence to company policies will be key components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily functions within the customer service division.
• Address customer service challenges promptly.
• Develop and implement effective customer service protocols, policies, and standards.
• Establish customer satisfaction targets and collaborate with the team to consistently achieve them.
• Maintain precise records and document all customer service interactions and activities.
• Analyze service metrics and compile comprehensive reports based on your assessments.
• Recruit and train new customer service representatives.
• Manage the allocated budget for the customer service division.
• Stay updated on the latest industry practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Prior experience in pest control is advantageous.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Office setting
