Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist veterinarians in medical and surgical procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate medical records, including laboratory results and radiographic data.
  • Administer medications, anesthesia, and other treatments under the guidance of a veterinarian.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Veterinary Assistant Certification (preferred).
  • At least one to two years of experience in a veterinary setting (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
