  • Maintain a well-organized bar setup daily, including pre-shift, during, and post-shift responsibilities. This includes replenishing chemicals, hand soap, ice, and beer bins using ice-making machines.
  • Engage with guests by listening and responding to inquiries with a positive and clear communication style. Provide accurate information regarding operational hours, hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Foster continuous interaction with both internal and external customers to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • A combination of education, training, or experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Capability to obtain or renew all required government licenses (Gaming Registration, Alcohol Awareness Education Certification).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varied schedules based on business needs.
