**Job Summary**

The Housekeeping Specialist is a vital member of the Penn-Mar Organization, Inc. team, responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for staff and individuals we support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • General cleaning and sanitation functions for all administrative buildings
  • Collection and disposal of trash and refuse
  • Cleaning and vacuuming of administrative and programmatic areas
  • Disinfecting, sweeping, and mopping of lavatory areas
  • Cleaning of coffee stations, break rooms, and training spaces

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED
  • 3-5 years of housekeeping or janitor experience
  • Acceptable criminal background
  • Valid Driver's License with 2 years of consecutive driving experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment Drug Screen/Physical/Mantoux Test (PPD, TB)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • High School or better
