Job Title: Teller (Full Time)

At Prosperity Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate the online teller terminal, maintaining accurate records and balancing cash daily.
  • Offer and promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Assist with training and orientation of new staff members, as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related experience/cash handling required. Previous Teller experience preferred.
  • Good communication and math skills, with the ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM. Saturday 8:15 AM - 12:15 PM (rotating shifts). 40 hours per week.
