Job Summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Modesto, California.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed in the state.

Responsibilities
  • Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients and create individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs tailored to each client's needs
  • Encourage client participation in tasks and therapies designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence and productivity
