We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, NV.
Job Summary:As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our team to create individualized treatment plans, collaborate with colleagues, and grow relationships with patients and staff.
Responsibilities:- Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with patients and staff
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
