We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Carwash/Gas Station Attendant at Sam's Club. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to customers to assist with account decisions and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services.
- Maintain the car wash and gas station area by cleaning and organizing the space, ensuring accurate pricing signage, and handling claims and returns.
- Operate equipment, such as cash registers and related tools, to process customer purchases and maintain a safe work environment.
- Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, and organizes and maintains the facility by following company procedures.
