Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is currently seeking 17 Seal Assembly Specialists for a contract opportunity. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and precision of aircraft assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and comprehend technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
2. Apply sealant to surfaces according to established guidelines.
3. Install various aircraft system components, including panel installations.
4. Operate different types of mechanical lifts such as ladders and snorkel lifts.

Required Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with common tools and equipment.
2. Completion of the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to maintain necessary certifications.
3. Proficient in using computers in a production setting.
4. Knowledge of appropriate protective clothing and equipment for specific tasks.
5. Experience with various tools including rivet guns, screwdrivers, and power tools.
6. Ability to work with chemical solvents, sealants, and coatings.
7. Conduct quality inspections of work and check for Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
8. Experience with high-impact vibratory tools for riveting.
9. Physical capability to climb, crawl, and balance in various environments.
10. Minimum of 1 year of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints.
11. Completion of aviation or technical school is required.
12. Ability to work around energized sources and exposure to noise.
13. Proficient in finger manipulation and reading from screens or printed materials.
14. Adherence to high safety and compliance standards.
15. Capability to work in confined spaces and use a respirator.
16. Ability to lift and carry weights ranging from 10 to 35 pounds.

Physical Requirements:
1. Flexibility and mobility in various positions including standing, kneeling, and reaching.
2. Ability to work variable shifts as required by business needs.

Education:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

This position is full-time and requires flexibility in shift availability.
