Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist Lead to oversee the daily operations of our imaging department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of CT technologists to ensure quality image production and patient care.
  • Oversee quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal department performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or completion of a Radiology certification program and registered in CT & Radiology.
  • Two years' experience in a CT technologist role.
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification.
  • ARRT-CT Computed Tomography certification.
