Key Responsibilities:
As a To Go Specialist at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for enhancing the takeout experience of our guests by offering personalized service and food and drink suggestions. You will take accurate orders, assemble prepared food and drink orders, and walk orders to guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup. Additionally, you will manage transactions and provide exceptional customer service.
