Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC. As a Service Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch service to our Guests.

• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to Guests according to standard recipes and company policies.
• Merchandise drinks and maintain a clean, organized bar area, adhering to brand standards.
• Provide personalized service, learning names and favorite drinks of repeat Guests.
• Coordinate food orders from Guests seated in the bar area with the kitchen staff.
• Upsell Guests on food or drink items where applicable.

• Dress professionally in company-approved uniform at all times.
• Operate P.O.S. system, make accurate change, and process credit card transactions efficiently.
• Calmly handle difficult situations and notify a Manager when necessary.
• Pass bar validation and maintain knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate effectively with Guests and colleagues.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy cases as needed.
