As a Registered Nurse in our Operating Room, you'll play a vital role in our team's mission to achieve the quadruple aim of high-quality outcomes, better patient and provider experiences, and lower total costs of care.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in the Operating Room. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care
  • Developing individualized perioperative patient plans of care
  • Serving as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • At least one year of experience in OR and/or medical/surgical nursing
  • Current state nursing licensure in good standing
  • Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification
  • Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification
  • Successful completion of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current PALS certification
  • Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.60-$53.77, depending on experience.
