We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions based on Oracle Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, and Oracle Supply Chain Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with functional leads to understand business objectives and develop creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with Business Logistics and IT Program/Project Managers to evaluate alternative solutions and ensure successful program rollouts.
- Develop and document functional specifications and software requirements, and communicate them to the application development team.
- Provide expertise in systems integrations across Oracle logistics and supply chain modules to enable end-to-end business processes.
- Perform thorough Quality Assurance testing and lead the implementation of new software.
- Assist in the implementation of new software and projects, and provide high-quality process and analysis to understand requirements.
- Ensure that the Company utilizes available technology to its maximum potential.
- 6+ years of Business Systems experience, especially with Oracle Transportation Management.
- 5+ years of involvement with software development cycle.
- 5+ years of developing and documenting business requirements and specifications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both functional and technical personnel.
- Thorough understanding of business processes and a firm grasp of Oracle Transportation Management.
- Understanding of Oracle Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Cloud, and its integration and interaction with Oracle Transportation Management.
