Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing admission tickets for patrons, managing discounts, and handling both cash and credit transactions.
  2. Operating a point of sale cash register efficiently.
  3. Conducting end-of-day cash drawer reconciliations.
  4. Providing information to guests in person or via phone inquiries.
  5. Welcoming guests as they arrive at the facility.
  6. Stamping hands of guests who exit and plan to return.
  7. Assisting in directing groups to the appropriate sales areas.
  8. Inspecting bags to ensure compliance with facility regulations.
  9. Expressing gratitude to guests for their visit.
  10. Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment.

Preparation and Training:

The Cashier must exhibit exceptional customer service abilities and a readiness to engage in general guest relations tasks. A solid understanding of basic mathematics is essential. A combination of educational background and/or relevant experience that equips the individual with the necessary skills for effective job performance may be considered.
