Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- To prepare high-quality food products that meet or exceed company standards while adhering to strict safe food handling practices.
- Cook products using various cooking methods, including grills, broilers, ovens, and fryers.
- Assemble and package sandwiches, wraps, and other food items.
- Clean, slice, and prepare produce to meet business demand.
- Label and date products as directed by management.
- Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including utensils, equipment, walls, and floors.
