**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at FullShift Staffing, LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

**Responsibilities**

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on health management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided

**Qualifications**

• Active RN license in good standing
• One year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current BLS certification from AHA required; ACLS certification from AHA preferred
• Electronic charting system experience a plus
