Job Summary

Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join its interdisciplinary clinic in Lawton, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families in a pediatric setting, with a focus on autism and other intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of fine and gross motor, sensory, and activities of daily living (ADL) skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide small group and individual therapy sessions to clients
  • Offer family education and training to support skill transfer
  • Supervise and develop a team of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as the clinic grows
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy, with licensure in the state of Oklahoma
  • 2+ years' experience working with children and families in a pediatric setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an outpatient, private-practice setting
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Word and Office, and EMR systems
