Job Overview:
L3Harris Technologies is in search of a Lead TEMPEST Engineer to become a vital part of our Power Supply/Integrity Signals team within the Communication Systems Segment. This position is critical in ensuring compliance with TEMPEST regulations in a classified environment, necessitating a Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:


As a Lead TEMPEST Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of NSA requirements related to TEMPEST for encrypted systems.
2. Collaborating with the Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP-II) to refine existing testing methodologies in line with updated standards.
3. Developing and revising TEMPEST Control Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, and Critical Features Lists to support various programs.
4. Conducting essential pre-test setups, including Detection System Sensitivity and calibration measurements.
5. Executing engineering pre-tests and troubleshooting for all programs involving encrypted devices requiring TEMPEST evaluations.
6. Performing testing activities to ensure compliance with TEMPEST standards.
7. Engaging in troubleshooting efforts for TEMPEST-related systems and subsystems.
8. Assisting in the upkeep of the TEMPEST laboratory, ensuring all equipment and testing hardware are calibrated and prepared for program evaluations.


Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience without a degree will also be considered.
